APPLICATION :- This High pressure flexible hose conveys sand or other abrasive materials engineered for sand/shot blasting purposes in Ordnance Factories , Steel Furniture manufacturing workshops , Heavy engineering industries etc. CONSTRUCTIONS : - Lining : - The Lining is seamless having extra thickness and smooth in bore made up of Natural rubber soft compound having high tensile strength , excellent abrasion resistant and free from any mineral filler. Reinforcement : - The reinforcement is of Woven textile. Cover : - The cover is made of Natural Rubber and can be smooth or wrapped. The cover is also highly resistant to Weather. Electrical Bonding : - On demand , a copper wire comprising a number of strands is incorporated between the reinforcement plies to provide electrical continuity along the whole length of hose. TEMPERATURE RANGE :- -40oF to 158oF
